I really loved chilling by the rooftop pool with stunning views and soaking in the jacuzzi during my stay. The comfy beds made it super easy to rest after a long day exploring. Just a small note, it would be nice if they had water refill stations to cut down on plastic waste. 😊

Stunning rooftop views over the city.

The air conditioning was inadequate, often leaving our room uncomfortably warm. When we reported the issue to the staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive, claiming there was nothing they could do. Our overall experience was further marred by the rude reception staff, who were not willing to assist when we needed help with our taxi arrangements.
